Jhih Cheng Non-Woven has manufactured non-woven fabrics in Tamsui, New Taipei since our founding 31 years ago. Today we run 20 Karl Mayer Maliwatt stitch-bonding lines — the largest stitch-bonded capacity in Taiwan — alongside agency supply of needle-punch, spunlace, and PP spunbond fabrics, plus lining fabric options. Annual output ranges 500–2,000 tons, supplied in roll form to converters across filtration, medical/hygiene, and automotive interior industries. We work directly with converters rather than through multiple trading layers, which shortens the feedback loop on technical questions and gives buyers clearer batch traceability. Finishing options include acrylic stiffening, flame-retardant, and water-repellent treatments, and we support custom development of basis weight, fiber blends, and finishes. Every batch runs through consistency checks before shipment. Our quality system
